This policy describes how Kodebaze ApS ("we") processes personal data in connection with the Kodeleads service and the kodeleads.com website.
1. Data controller
Kodebaze ApS, Vesterbrogade 74, 1620 København V, company reg. no. 45775976, Denmark. Contact: hi@kodeleads.com.
When we process information about our customers' leads, the customer is the data controller and we are the processor. That relationship is governed by our data processing agreement.
2. What information we process
- Users of the service: name, email address, language choice, login times and actions in the system.
- The customer's leads (as processor): name, phone number, email address, company, ad name, marketing consent, and messages, call outcomes and bookings attached to the lead.
- Website visitors: information you enter in the contact form yourself, plus technical log data held by our hosting provider.
- Customers: billing details. Payment card details are processed solely by Stripe and never pass through our systems.

4. Processors and location
We use the following sub-suppliers. Data is stored in the EU and EEA:
- Hosting provider (application and database), EU
- Postmark, sending email
- GatewayAPI, sending and receiving SMS
- Stripe, payments and subscriptions
- Google, calendar availability, if the user connects their own calendar
- Meta, receiving lead forms from the customer's own ads
5. Retention
Leads and messages are kept for as long as the customer's account is active, and are deleted no later than 90 days after the account is closed unless otherwise agreed. Raw webhook data is deleted automatically after a shorter period. Accounting records are kept for five years after the end of the financial year.
5a. Data deletion
You can have the information we process about you deleted at any time. Write to hi@kodeleads.com with the subject "Deletion" and we confirm the deletion within 30 days. Customers can disconnect Facebook Pages and delete leads themselves in Kodeleads under Integrations and Leads; a disconnected Page has its access token deleted immediately. If you granted Kodeleads access through Facebook, you can also remove that access under Facebook, Settings, Apps and Websites. We store no data about your Facebook profile, only an access token for the Pages you chose to connect.

If you are a lead of one of our customers, your request should be directed to that company, which is the data controller. We are happy to forward your request.
7. Cookies
Kodeleads.com uses no tracking or marketing cookies. The app uses a single necessary cookie to keep you logged in. No cookie consent is therefore required.
8. Complaints
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
