FAQ
Questions and answers
If you cannot find the answer here, write to us. We normally reply the same working day.
How quickly can we get started?
Typically the same day. We create the account, connect your Meta forms and go through the templates on a call. After that, leads come in from the next ad you run.
Do we have to change ad agency or change our ads?
No. Kodeleads listens to the lead forms you already use. Your agency can carry on doing exactly what it does today, the leads are simply captured with you as well.
Who appears as the sender on SMS and email?
You do. SMS is sent with your company name as the sender (or your own number on Pro), and emails are sent from your own domain. The lead never sees Kodeleads as the sender.
Can we run several brands or departments in the same account?
Yes. Each brand has its own templates, its own sender and its own forms, and you can filter the whole app to one brand at a time. Same account, same login.
What happens if the lead replies to our SMS?
The reply lands directly on the lead in the inbox and is marked unread. On Pro with your own number you can reply in the same thread from the app.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is held in the EU, every customer has their own separated data space, consent and unsubscribe are part of the flow, and we enter into a data processing agreement with you. Leads can be exported and deleted on request.
What happens to our data if we stop?
We delete everything in your account when you stop. No holding data hostage.
What does it cost?
Basis and Pro cover the large majority. See the pricing page for details. There is no lock in, and SMS is billed at cost based on usage.
Do we need a separate dialler?
No. Calling is built into Kodeleads, and every call is logged on the lead automatically. If you use another system for something we don't cover, we can often connect it via webhooks, so write to us with your setup.
Can Kodeleads be used in English?
Yes. Each user picks Danish or English in the app, and each brand can send communication to leads in its own language.
